There are a lot of people all over the world commenting on how essential is it to be healthy and fit. Well, for me, it is. It is extremely essential to stay healthy and happy at the same time.
 I have seen people trying hard to keep up with their health but believe me it’s not. The only fact that matters is that you spend a quality time on yourself. Be it exercise, gym, yoga or dancing. Using any method is productive.
The few simple ways to stay healthy by different methods are :

Exercise daily
Even if you feel that today is going to be hectic, plan a day before. Wake up an hour or half before to make sure that you don’t miss your exercise. Exercise basically stretches your body in every way and makes you feel lighter and more flexible than before. There are a lot other benefits of exercising also.

Working at Gym is difficult but worthy
If you have started a routine to go out to gym for a certain time then you have taken a good decision. It helps build up your muscles and does not let fat accumulate in your body. In the beginning days, you might try to procrastinate a lot but believe me, if you continue doing it, you might end being a great procrastinator and nobody wants to be one. So try your best to keep up the interest and stay focused.

Yoga connects your mind, body and soul
If you are in a wonderful habit of going yoga, nobody can ever be more calmer and smarter than you. Yoga may feel a bit boring to some people at times but it is not. Its just that you are connected to the outside world very deeply and no hustle outside will make you feel lonely. While doing yoga, all you have to do is look deep inside you and not get distracted by even a slightest action around you. It will make you more productive.

Dance till the floor breaks
Dancing is the ultimate solution to boredom, laziness, stress and health. Yes, dancing improves your health status very much. Even if you dance for 10 minutes, you burn 66 calories. Dance not only keeps you fit and healthy but also happy. You may have noticed the amount of joy you feel while dancing. There is no way someone is neglecting to dance, but if there  are consequences, just put on the music(high volume :p).
